Can I recover deleted photos, videos and screenshots?

Accidentally deleted photos, videos or screenshots can be easily restored. The process for deleting files in the app is the same as the process for deleting photos in the iOS Photos app. All deleted media files will be moved to the “Recently Deleted” tab for 30 days. Thus, accidentally deleted files can be restored within 30 days from the date of deletion. After 30 days, if you have not recovered your files, they will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Do you guarantee that my photos and other files will not be uploaded anywhere?

Cycle Cleaner scans and analyzes your photos, videos and screenshots locally on your phone. Therefore, the application does not need access to the Internet to perform basic functions. Also, the application does not collect or send report data about scanned files. To scan and analyze photos and videos, the app needs your permission to access your library.

Why didn’t I have more storage space after deleting photos and videos?

The deletion process in the Cycle Cleaner app is the same as the deletion process in the iOS Photos app. This means that all deleted photos and videos will be moved to the “Recently Deleted” album in your library for 30 days. As long as files are in “Recently Deleted”, they still take up space in your storage. To free up storage space, open the Photos app on your iPhone and navigate to the “Recently Deleted” album. Select all the photos and videos you want to delete from your phone and then click Delete. Please note that these files will be completely deleted from the phone and cannot be recovered.

How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription follow these steps: Go to “Settings” on your iPhone. Find “View Apple ID” in the iTunes and App Store > on your Apple ID name page. Then click “Subscriptions” > Cycle Cleaner. Then click the “Cancel Subscription” button at the very end of the screen.

Can I recover deleted and merged contacts?

We recommend that you enable the automatic backup function before cleaning and merging contacts. To enable automatic backup you need to go to “Contacts Cleaning” > “Backup Copy”. Then turn on the switch for the “Automatic backup” function. Now every time you clean your contacts, a copy will be created. You can restore contacts from copies you have created by simply clicking on the desired copy and your contacts will be restored. You can also create a manual backup at any time by clicking the “Make a Backup” button.
